Refund Policy

1. Overview

At Webmolt, we offer three core services: HTML Templates, WP Pro Setup, and Business Automation. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we have a specific refund policy to ensure fairness for both our customers and our business.

2. Digital Products & Services

All Webmolt products are digital and delivered instantly or within 24-48 hours:

  • HTML Templates: Instant download of source files.
  • WP Pro Setup: WordPress installation and configuration delivered within 24-48 hours.
  • Automation: WhatsApp, CRM, and workflow integrations delivered within 24-48 hours.

Once delivered, refunds cannot be issued simply because you changed your mind or no longer need the product/service.

3. Eligible Refund Cases

We may approve a refund in the following situations:

  • Corrupted Files: Template files are damaged or unusable after multiple download attempts.
  • Duplicate Purchase: You accidentally purchased the same template twice.
  • Major Discrepancy: The template significantly differs from the advertised preview and description.
  • Technical Issues: Critical bugs that prevent the template from functioning, and our support team cannot resolve them within 7 days.

4. Non-Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds will NOT be granted for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Lack of expertise to customize or modify the template
  • Template doesn't match personal design preferences
  • Incompatibility with third-party plugins or frameworks not specified in requirements
  • Issues caused by modifications you made to the template
  • Claims made after 7 days from purchase

5. Refund Timeframe

All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase. Requests made after this period will not be considered.

Once approved, refunds are processed within 5-10 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.

6. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

  1. Email us at hello@webmolt.com with the subject line "Refund Request".
  2. Include your order number and email address used for purchase.
  3. Provide a detailed explanation of why you're requesting a refund.
  4. Attach screenshots or evidence supporting your claim (if applicable).

Our team will review your request and respond within 2-3 business days.

7. WP Pro Setup & Automation Refunds

For our WP Pro Setup and Automation services (see WP Setup and Automation pages for current pricing):

  • Before work begins: Full refund available within 24 hours of payment.
  • Work in progress: Partial refund based on work completed. We'll provide a breakdown of completed tasks.
  • Work completed & delivered: No refund available once the setup or automation is delivered and tested.

All service work includes a satisfaction guarantee — we'll make reasonable revisions within the support period (7-60 days) at no extra cost.

Agency Assurance: We understand your reputation is on the line. If a deliverable has a critical flaw that we cannot fix, we issue a full refund. We are partners, not just vendors.

8. Chargebacks & Disputes

We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank or payment provider. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in your account being banned from future purchases. We reserve the right to dispute any chargeback we believe is unjustified.
