Clear, fair terms for our automation services. No confusing legal jargon.

These terms govern our relationship when we build your automated website. We've written them in plain English so you know exactly what to expect when working with Webmolt.

1. Who These Terms Apply To

These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to:

  • Website Visitors: Anyone browsing webmolt.com
  • Potential Clients: Businesses requesting free automation audits
  • Active Clients: Businesses we're building automated websites for
  • Past Clients: Businesses using websites we've delivered

By using our website or services, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use our services.

2. Services We Provide

Webmolt specializes in building automated websites for service businesses. Our services include:

Core Automation Services:

  • Custom Website Development: Mobile-first, SEO-optimized websites
  • Booking Automation: 24/7 appointment scheduling systems
  • Lead Management: Automated client intake and qualification forms
  • Follow-Up Systems: Email and SMS reminder automation
  • Integration Setup: Connecting your website to existing tools (CRMs, calendars, payment processors)

Included Support:

  • Free Automation Audit: 30-minute workflow analysis (no obligation)
  • 30-Day Post-Launch Monitoring: We watch for issues and optimize performance
  • Team Training: We teach your staff how to use the system
  • Ongoing Support: Response within 4 hours during business days (Mon-Sat, 9am-6pm IST)

What We Don't Do: We don't provide ongoing content updates, social media management, or paid advertising services. We focus exclusively on automation systems.

3. How Our Process Works

Here's exactly what happens when you work with us:

Step 1

Free Automation Audit

30-minute call to map your workflow and identify automation opportunities. No payment required. No commitment needed.

Step 2

Custom Proposal

We send a detailed proposal with scope, timeline, and fixed price. You review and approve (or request changes).

Step 3

Contract & Payment

We sign a project agreement and you pay 50% upfront to start work.

Step 4

Design & Development

We build your system over 2-5 weeks (depending on complexity). You see progress updates weekly.

Step 5

Testing & Approval

You test everything on a staging site. We fix any issues. You approve for launch.

Step 6

Launch & Training

We launch your site, train your team, and monitor for 30 days. You pay the remaining 50%.

4. Pricing & Payment Terms

Project Pricing:

  • Range: ₹45,000 to ₹1.5 lakhs depending on complexity and features
  • Fixed Price: We quote a total price upfront—no surprise charges
  • What's Included: Design, development, testing, training, 30-day monitoring
  • What's Extra: Premium hosting, third-party integrations (CRM subscriptions), stock photos/videos

Payment Schedule:

  • 50% Upfront: Due when we sign the contract and start work
  • 50% at Launch: Due when we deliver the completed website
  • Payment Methods: Bank transfer, UPI, credit/debit card, or invoice (for registered companies)

Refund Policy:

  • Before We Start: Full refund if you cancel before we begin development
  • During Development: Partial refund minus work completed (calculated based on milestones)
  • After Launch: No refunds once the website is live and approved

Late Payments: If payment is 15+ days overdue, we may pause work or take the website offline until payment is received.

5. Your Responsibilities as a Client

To ensure a smooth project, you agree to:

Provide Required Information

Business details, branding assets (logo, colors), content (text, images), and access to existing systems we need to integrate with.

Respond to Our Requests

Review designs and provide feedback within 3 business days. Delays on your side extend the project timeline.

Test Before Launch

Thoroughly test the staging site and report issues. Once you approve for launch, you can't request major changes without additional fees.

Own Your Content

You're responsible for ensuring all text, images, and content you provide don't violate copyrights or trademarks.

6. What You Own vs. What We Own

You Own:

  • All content you provide (text, images, videos, logos)
  • Your business data collected through the automated systems
  • The final website once full payment is received

We Own:

  • Webmolt's proprietary automation frameworks and templates
  • The source code and technical architecture (though you get a license to use it)
  • Our design methodologies and processes

Shared Rights:

  • Portfolio Use: We can showcase your website in our portfolio and case studies (with your permission)
  • "Powered by Webmolt" Credit: We may place a small credit link in your footer (you can remove it after 1 year)
  • Code Reuse: We can reuse generic automation components for other clients, but not your specific business logic

7. Website Maintenance & Hosting

What's Included Free (First Year):

  • Basic hosting on shared servers
  • SSL certificate (HTTPS security)
  • Daily automatic backups
  • Security updates and patches
  • Bug fixes for issues we caused

Optional Paid Maintenance (After Year 1):

  • Basic Plan: ₹3,000/month - Hosting, backups, security updates
  • Pro Plan: ₹6,000/month - Everything in Basic + priority support + monthly performance reports

Note: You're not required to use our hosting after year 1. We'll give you all files and database backups so you can move to any host.

8. Support & Response Times

What We Guarantee:

  • Critical Issues: Site down, payment system broken, security breach → Response within 4 hours
  • High Priority: Major functionality broken, data loss → Response within 8 hours
  • Normal Issues: Minor bugs, cosmetic issues → Response within 24 hours
  • Questions/Requests: How-to questions, feature requests → Response within 48 hours

Support Hours:

Monday-Saturday, 9:00 AM - 6:00 PM Indian Standard Time. Emergency support available for critical issues only.

9. Limitations & Disclaimers

What We Can't Guarantee:

  • Search Rankings: We optimize for SEO, but we can't guarantee #1 Google rankings
  • Revenue Increases: We save you time, but your revenue depends on your business operations
  • 100% Uptime: We aim for 99.9% uptime, but internet/server issues happen occasionally
  • Third-Party Services: We're not responsible if WhatsApp, Google, or other services change their APIs

Your Risk, Your Responsibility:

You use our services "as-is." We build reliable systems, but you're responsible for:

  • Backing up your own business-critical data
  • Testing automations with real customers
  • Compliance with industry regulations (HIPAA, legal ethics, etc.)
  • Training your staff to use the systems correctly

10. When Things Go Wrong

If You're Unhappy:

We want to make things right. Here's what to do:

  1. Tell Us: Contact us immediately with specific issues
  2. Give Us Time: Allow us 7 business days to fix the problem
  3. Escalate: If not resolved, request a call with the founder (Govind Patel)

If We Need to Part Ways:

  • During Development: Either party can cancel with 7 days notice. You pay for work completed.
  • After Launch: You can leave anytime (we'll give you all files). We can terminate for non-payment or misuse.

Dispute Resolution:

If we can't resolve an issue through discussion:

  • First Step: Mediation through a neutral third party in Bhopal
  • Last Resort: Courts in Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh have jurisdiction

11. Prohibited Uses

You may NOT use our services to create websites for:

  • ❌ Illegal activities or content
  • ❌ Adult/explicit content
  • ❌ Gambling or betting services
  • ❌ Pyramid schemes or MLM
  • ❌ Hate speech or discrimination
  • ❌ Phishing, scams, or fraud
  • ❌ Cryptocurrency or forex trading schemes

We reserve the right to refuse service or terminate accounts violating these rules.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms occasionally to reflect:

  • New services or features we offer
  • Changes in Indian law
  • Industry best practices
  • Client feedback for clarity

Active Projects: Changes won't affect your current project. Your signed contract terms stay the same.

Future Projects: New terms apply to projects started after the "Last Updated" date.

We'll notify existing clients of major changes via email.

13. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by:

  • The Information Technology Act, 2000 (India)
  • The Indian Contract Act, 1872
  • Copyright Act, 1957
  • Consumer Protection Act, 2019

Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Bhopal, Madhya Pradesh, India.
